1. Electrolytic deburring

2. Chemical deburring

Since the burr is higher than the surface, the burr can be removed by chemical action.
3. High temperature deburring
First put the parts to be deburred into the tight sealing chamber, and then send them into the hydrogen and oxygen mixed gas with a certain pressure. Ignite the mixed gas to explode and release heat, so as to burn the burrs of the parts without damaging the parts.
4. Roll grinding deburring
Put the parts and abrasives into the closed drum. During the rotation of the drum, the dynamic torque sensor, parts and abrasives grind together to remove burrs. Abrasives can be quartz sand, sawdust, alumina, ceramics, metal rings and so on.
